Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Senior SEO Lead to own and drive the complete SEO strategy for high-growth websites. This is a leadership role for someone who has successfully scaled websites generating 100,000+ monthly organic visits and can translate SEO initiatives into measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will not only execute SEO strategies but also define the long-term roadmap, mentor the team, review execution quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable organic growth.

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in SEO, including leadership responsibilities.

Proven experience managing websites with 100K+ monthly organic traffic.
Demonstrated ownership of complete SEO strategy—from planning to execution and performance optimization.
Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Content SEO.
Experience working with enterprise or large-scale websites.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar SEO platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Ability to mentor teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
Experience in marketplaces, automotive, e-commerce, classifieds, or high-traffic consumer platforms is an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end SEO strategy for one or more high-traffic websites.

Develop short-term and long-term SEO roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Drive organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies.
Lead technical SEO initiatives including site architecture, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and identify new content opportunities.
Work closely with Content, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams to implement SEO best practices.
Monitor website performance using SEO and analytics tools, providing regular insights and recommendations.
Mentor, guide, and review the work of SEO team members.
Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends.
Define SEO KPIs and measure business impact through reporting and performance analysis.
