The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in maintaining accurate books of accounts, ensuring tax compliance, and providing insightful financial reports to management. Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Finalization: Maintain day-to-day accounts, including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and closing books for the financial year.
- Taxation & Compliance: Timely filing of GST returns, TDS, Income Tax, and ensuring overall statutory compliance.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budget vs. actual analysis to the management.
- Audit Coordination: Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth annual audits.
- Accounts Receivable/Payable: Manage vendor payments and monitor customer aging reports to optimize working capital.
- Software Management: Expertly handle accounting transactions using Tally ERP / Prime
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s (B.Com) or Master’s (M.Com/MBA) degree in Accounting or Finance. Semi-qualified CA/ICWA is a plus.
- Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
o Hands-on experience with Tally Prime or equivalent ERP systems.
o Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and GST laws.
- Soft Skills: * Work Ethic: Proven ability to work hard, meet tight deadlines, and take ownership.
o Analytical Skills: High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
o Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in Marathi/Hindi and English.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
