Work you'll do
As a Specialist Deputy Manager, Design on the Brand, Marketing & Communications Creative team, you will be responsible for:
- Partnering with creative leadership to concept and deliver integrated, cross-channel campaigns for the Deloitte brand
- Translating stakeholder expectations into creative concepts and executing projects on time and within budget
- Researching marketing trends, strategies, and technologies to identify best-fit tools and approaches across media
- Creating visual assets across print, digital, video, web, visual identity, and style guide development
- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and workflow efficiency
- Supervising and mentoring designers through goal setting, feedback, and performance development

Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of professional design experience with conceptual and executional responsibility
- Portfolio demonstrating work across multiple channels
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe XD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Firefly
- Experience with Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, and agile ways of working
- Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent qualification
- Experience designing print collateral such as PDF reports, articles, brochures, one-pagers, and event signage
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and social, email, and web graphics
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Art Direction, Design, Visual Communications, or a similar field
- Experience supporting or leading teams on end-to-end campaigns
- Experience with Workfront
