Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day back office and administrative operations efficiently
- Maintain office records, files, and documents in an organised manner
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal staff for smooth workflow
- Manage employee attendance records, office supplies, and official email correspondence
- Prepare MIS reports and data summaries in Excel for management review
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal communications
- Support HR and accounts teams with documentation and record-keeping tasks
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and operationally ready
Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
- Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented work attitude
- Strong multi-tasking ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of office administration and back-office processes
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn
Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / BA or equivalent)
- Freshers are welcome — on-the-job training will be provided
- Prior experience in admin, back office, or data entry roles is an added advantage
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
