Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, cost control, billing, and contract management for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and tender documents.
- Verify contractor bills and prepare client bills.
- Monitor project costs and ensure budget compliance.
- Conduct rate analysis and cost comparisons.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation and reports.
- Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders.
- Assist in contract administration and project cost control.
Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in quantity surveying and billing works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity estimation software.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and contracts.
- Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
