Job Title: Telecaller / Admission Counselor
Location: Panvel
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 + Incentives
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, guide prospective students, and convert inquiries into admissions for our training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for course inquiries
- Explain course details, fees, batches, and benefits to students
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain a proper database of leads and updates
- Coordinate with the admissions and training team
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
- Address student queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain professional communication and rapport with prospects
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)
- Ability to convince and handle objections
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Prior telecalling/sales experience is an added advantage
