Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, budget, and objectives
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and 3D models
- Prepare detailed plans using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress
- Review and approve materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Manage project timelines and budgets
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Strong design and visualization skills
- Proficiency in architectural design software
- Knowledge of construction techniques and building regulations
- Good communication and project management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
