Job Overview
TCH Digital is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer Trainee to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or aspiring designers who are passionate about visual storytelling and eager to build a career in digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging social media creatives, banners, and marketing materials.
- Assist in designing branding and promotional assets.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams on creative campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
- Learn and apply new design trends and tools.
Requirements
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team.
Preferred Skills (Plus)
- Basic knowledge of video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
- Familiarity with Canva or Figma is an added advantage.
- Basic motion graphics knowledge is a bonus.
