- Examine, diagnose, and manage patients under the guidance of consultants.
- Monitor admitted patients and provide timely medical interventions.
- Attend to emergency cases and initiate appropriate treatment.
- Conduct regular patient rounds and document clinical findings.
- Ensure continuity of care during shifts.
Clinical Duties
- Assess patient condition and formulate treatment plans as per hospital protocols.
- Prescribe medications and investigations within the scope of practice.
- Coordinate with consultants for patient management and escalation of critical cases.
- Interpret laboratory and diagnostic reports.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
- Complete admission, discharge, transfer, and death documentation.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies, and legal requirements.
