Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel and guide students regarding courses and career opportunities
- Handle student inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins
- Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into admissions
- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth student onboarding
- Maintain records of student interactions and progress
Requirements:
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers can also apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of counseling or sales is an added advantage
