We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth in the Building Materials Industry.
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2 -7 Years
Salary: ₹5 LPA - ₹15 LPA

Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities and develop dealer/distributor networks within the assigned territory.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure effective territory coverage and business development.
Candidate Requirements
- 2-7 years of sales experience in Tile Adhesive, Block Adhesive, Ready Mix Plaster (RMP), Construction Chemicals, or Building Materials.
- Strong understanding of the Mumbai market and dealer/distributor network.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
