Job Summary
We are hiring a highly motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Delhi. You will act as the direct link between our products and our potential clients, driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential leads using provided scripts; answer incoming inquiries from customers.
Lead Generation: Identify customer needs, pitch relevant products/services, and convert prospects into qualified sales leads or appointments.
Database Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions, feedback, and account details in the company CRM.
Follow-Ups: Nurture relationships with prospects through timely follow-up calls.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversions.
Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints or questions professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is a plus.
Experience: 0 to 3 years of prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills in English and/or local regional languages (e.g., Hindi).
Tech Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel.
Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and the ability to handle rejection calmly.
