Role Overview: We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Operations Manager to take complete ownership of backend organizational operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for streamlining operational processes, driving cross-functional coordination, and ensuring efficient day-to-day business functioning across departments with a background in HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Building Construction, or Manufacturing industries.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Take full ownership of end-to-end organizational operations
● Oversee and manage daily operational activities across all departments
● Ensure smooth inter-team and intra-team coordination
● Oversee the work of Inside Sales, IT, Marketing, and Service & Projects
● Drive process optimization and efficiency improvements
● Maintain and monitor daily reporting systems and dashboards
● Conduct or participate in daily stand-up meetings
● Provide daily performance and operations reports to management
● Handle and supervise data management, tracking, and analysis
● Ensure all office operations and workflows are structured and maintained
● Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective action plans
Key Requirements:
● 8+ years of experience in Operations / Business Operations Management
● Working experience in contracting, consulting, client servicing, or inside sales
● Strong ability to take ownership and lead from the front
● Strong communication skills both written and verbal
● Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
● Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
● Experience in handling cross-functional teams and reporting structures
● Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
● Strong presentation skills for time to time client interactions.

Education:
● Technical Bachelor’s / Master’s Graduation (Any Degree)
● Proficiency in Excel
● On-ground understanding of Building Construction industry
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
