We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring consistent revenue growth for our recruitment services. This role demands strong networking abilities, a proven track record in B2B sales (preferably in staffing/recruitment/HR services), and excellent communication skills.
- Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities in IT and Non-IT recruitment domains.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, and CXOs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the entire business development cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal drafting, negotiations, and closure.
- Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of client mandates.
- Maintain market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and client needs.
- Represent Corp Source One in client presentations, networking events, and industry forums.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Strong understanding of recruitment & staffing industry (IT & Non-IT).
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Target-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing/HR preferred).
- 3+ years of relevant experience in business development (recruitment consulting industry preferred).
