ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creatively driven Junior Architect to join our growing design team in Delhi. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of professional experience who is eager to gain hands-on exposure across architectural planning, drafting, 3D visualization, and project coordination.
The ideal candidate should possess strong AutoCAD proficiency along with practical working knowledge of at least one 3D design and visualization software. You will work closely with senior architects and project teams on residential, commercial, and design-led projects, contributing across multiple stages of design development and execution.
This is a full-time, on-site role offering significant learning opportunities, real project exposure, and long-term professional growth within a collaborative environment.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Assist in architectural planning, conceptual design development, and project execution.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, working drawings, and technical documentation using AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models, renders, and presentation visuals using relevant design software.
- Support senior architects in design coordination, material discussions, and project detailing.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and documentation as required during different project phases.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project communication.
- Revise drawings and layouts based on project requirements, client inputs, and internal reviews.
- Maintain organised project files, design documentation, and drawing records.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while maintaining design accuracy and quality standards.
YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- You have 1–2 years of relevant architectural or interior project experience.
- You possess strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- You have hands-on experience with at least one or more 3D software tools such as SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Rhino, or 3ds Max.
- You have a solid understanding of architectural drafting, space planning, and design fundamentals.
- You are detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- You have good communication and coordination skills.
- You are eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within a professional design environment.
