Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Site Supervisor to oversee daily work at the project site and ensure that work is completed on time and according to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities at the construction site.
- Monitor workers and ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour, and suppliers.
- Check the quality and progress of work.
- Maintain site records and prepare daily progress reports.
- Ensure materials are used properly and available when needed.
- Report site updates to the management team.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction work and site management.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to solve problems and manage workers effectively.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
