Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage and optimize the complete sales funnel (Lead Generation → Qualification → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure).
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional furnishing segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
- Monitor sales metrics, conversion ratios, and pipeline movement.
- Coordinate with design and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 to 10 years of experience in furnishing, interior, or home décor sales.
- Strong knowledge of furnishing products such as curtains, upholstery, blinds, wallpaper, soft furnishings, etc.
- Excellent understanding of sales funnel management and lead conversion strategies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Ability to handle high-value clients and bulk orders.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset.
