Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Support the professional growth of junior team members by providing guidance and constructive feedback.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
- Strong expertise in front-end technologies and frameworks related to SAP UI5.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP UI5 applications with backend services and APIs.
- Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
