Job Role:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, evaluating business processes, supporting project execution, and providing data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and product development. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business improvements and support organizational goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, and use cases
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements
- Collect, maintain, and analyze business and operational data to support decision-making
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business insights for management and project teams
- Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements in compliance with ISO 13485 standards
- Support project planning, testing, implementation, and project management activities
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validation activities, and issue tracking
- Monitor project progress and contribute to achieving project milestones and deliverables
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and contribute to mitigation strategies
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and team members
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and continuous improvement activities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related discipline
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Process Improvement, or related roles
Technical Skills and Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and business documentation
- Experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation
- Experience with project coordination and stakeholder management
- Understanding of business process mapping and workflow documentation
- Knowledge of ISO 13485 documentation practices is preferred
- Basic understanding of SQL, Python, Power BI, or data analytics tools will be an added advantage
- Experience working with healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries is preferred
