We are a growing manufacturing company in the PVC pipes and fittings industry, currently implementing Zoho-based systems for sales, operations, inventory, customer management, reporting, and business automation.
We are looking for a practical and process-oriented CRM Executive who can understand our factory workflows and coordinate closely with Zoho developers/implementation partners to ensure successful implementation across departments.
## Role Overview
The role involves acting as a bridge between:
* management
* factory teams
* sales teams
* Zoho developers / implementation partners
The candidate should understand business operations and be able to convert practical business requirements into clear CRM workflows and implementation tasks.
This is not just a data entry or support role.
We need someone who can:
* understand processes
* identify gaps
* coordinate implementation
* ensure proper adoption in the factory
## Key Responsibilities
* Understand current business workflows across:
* sales
* dispatch
* production
* inventory
* customer management
* approvals
* Gather and document business requirements from management and departments
* Explain requirements clearly to Zoho developers / implementation partners
* Coordinate CRM customization and workflow implementation
* Test implemented workflows and identify issues/gaps
* Train staff and ensure proper CRM usage across departments
* Follow up internally to ensure process compliance
* Maintain reports, dashboards, and operational visibility
* Help automate manual processes and reduce dependency on Excel/manual tracking
* Coordinate implementation of modules such as:
* Zoho CRM
* Zoho Books
* Zoho Inventory
* Zoho Creator
* workflow automation
## Desired Candidate Profile
* 2–5 years experience in:
* CRM implementation
* ERP coordination
* process management
* operations coordination
* Experience with:
* Zoho CRM
* ERP systems
* manufacturing workflows preferred
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Ability to understand practical business operations
* Comfortable working with both management and technical teams
