Job Summary
ARC Parcel Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and proactive Hub HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR and administrative activities at our Chennai Hub. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance management, and general administration within a logistics or transportation environment.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing
- Recruit and onboard Loadmen, Drivers, and Hub Support Staff.
- Source candidates through Indeed, job portals, referrals, and local recruitment channels.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the selection process.
- Maintain a manpower database and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Payroll & Attendance
- Maintain daily attendance and shift records.
- Verify attendance, overtime, leave, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with the Head Office HR/Payroll team for salary processing.
- Ensure statutory and company payroll compliance.
Employee Management
- Complete employee joining formalities and documentation.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation.
- Handle employee grievances and provide HR support at the hub.
Administration
- Manage day-to-day hub administrative activities.
- Maintain office records, stationery, and housekeeping coordination.
- Coordinate employee uniforms, ID cards, and other employee assets.
- Support hub management with administrative requirements.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain statutory registers and employee documentation.
- Support audits by maintaining HR-related records.
Eligibility
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or any discipline.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (Logistics/Transport industry preferred).
- Experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, and administration.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and HR documentation.

- Ability to work independently at the hub.

- Knowledge of attendance and payroll processes.
Salary
- ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
