Richmax Finvest Private Limited is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive with strong knowledge and practical experience in HR statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR-related regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and ensure compliance with all applicable HR and labour statutory requirements.
- Manage statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate and ensure timely filing and submission of statutory returns, registers, records, and related documentation.
- Maintain statutory registers and employee records as required under applicable laws.
- Liaise with government departments, statutory authorities, consultants, and other external agencies when required.
- Monitor changes in labour laws and statutory regulations and ensure timely implementation within the organization.
- Support internal and external audits related to HR and statutory compliance.
- Prepare and maintain compliance reports, MIS, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate statutory deductions and payments.
- Assist in handling employee-related compliance matters and statutory queries.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are aligned with applicable statutory requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Position: Senior HR Executive
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in HR statutory compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of Indian labour laws and employment-related statutory requirements.
- Practical experience in handling PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and other HR statutory compliances.
- Experience in maintaining statutory documentation, registers, and filing returns.
- Good knowledge of payroll-related statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
