Job Title: School ERP Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy School ERP Associate to support the implementation, management, and day-to-day operations of the School ERP system at a leading educational institution in Qatar. The ideal candidate will work closely with school administrators, teachers, and management to ensure smooth utilization of the ERP platform and provide user support and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the School ERP system and its various modules.
- Provide functional support to school staff, teachers, students, and parents.
- Conduct user training sessions and prepare user manuals/documentation.
- Monitor data accuracy and ensure timely updates within the ERP system.
- Coordinate with the ERP vendor/development team for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Generate reports and MIS as required by school management.
- Assist in implementation of new ERP modules and process improvements.
- Handle user queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Ensure adherence to data security and confidentiality standards.
- Support digital transformation initiatives within the school.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in School ERP operations, implementation, or support.
- Good understanding of school administration processes (Admissions, Academics, Fees, Transport, HR, etc.).
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage tasks independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with School ERP systems.
- Basic knowledge of databases and reporting tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience in educational institutions will be an added advantage.

- Salary: ₹6–7 LPA (depending on experience and skills)
