About the Role We are looking for a driven, target-oriented Residential Sales Executive to grow Kailash Solar's rooftop business across Meerut. You will own the full sales cycle — from generating leads to closing installations — for homeowners and housing societies adopting solar.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate and convert leads for residential rooftop solar systems (door-to-door, references, society visits, local events, and digital enquiries).
· Conduct site visits, assess rooftop feasibility, and explain system sizing, savings, and ROI to customers.
· Prepare and present quotations, financing options, and subsidy benefits clearly to close deals.
· Educate customers on the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana subsidy and net-metering process with PVVNL.
· Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (kW / number of installations).
· Coordinate with the operations/documentation team for smooth handover after booking.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of solar sales experience with a proven closing track record.
· Own two-wheeler (bike) with valid driving licence is mandatory (field/travel-intensive role).
· Strong knowledge of Meerut localities and customer segments.
· Good communication and negotiation skills in Hindi (English a plus).
· Familiarity with rooftop subsidy schemes and net metering is highly desirable.
· Self-motivated, presentable, and comfortable with field sales.
Compensation
· Fixed salary: Salary + attractive incentive structure (per kW installed / per deal closed).
· Fuel/travel allowance + high-earning potential for top performers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
