Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end placement operations, including candidate registration, documentation, and database maintenance.
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages professionally while ensuring prompt and effective communication with candidates and clients.
- Coordinate interview schedules, follow-ups, and recruitment activities between clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate placement records and regularly update recruitment databases and reports.
- Assist in organizing placement drives, recruitment events, and campus hiring activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client organizations to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Support business development initiatives through proactive candidate engagement and effective client coordination.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Diploma in Human Resource Management, Hospital Administration, or Diploma in Hospital Administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional attitude with strong organizational and time management skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
