1. Content Request /Requirement: Client submits a content request/requirement form outlining objectives, target examiners, and key messaging with the Project manager, further to that is shared with the content head. Assigned Content head reviews the request / requirement of the client.
2. Content Planning / Content Calendar: Implement a system for planning and scheduling content to ensure a steady and organized publishing flow. Understands the Matrix, syllabus, language, level of difficulty, duration, negative marking Content team conducts a brainstorming session to outline content strategy, topics, and key elements like online exam or offline (Pen & Paper). Develop a content calendar to schedule tasks and deadlines. 3. Research and Outline: Assigned content head conducts thorough research on given task. Coordinates with the project manager and fix up the meeting for further clarity with the client. Creates an outline highlighting key points, structure, and flow.
4. Roles and Responsibilities: Clearly define roles within the content department, specifying tasks, and responsibilities for each team member, SMEs or assigned freelancers.
5. Content Guidelines: Establish quality standards, style guides, and formatting preferences to maintain consistency across all content.
6. Workflow Mapping: Create a visual representation of the content creation workflow, including approvals and feedback loops. Team SIT frame test definition format in which content department fill the details, accordingly to the software functions these are the details attached with the SOP. Content MIS Executive is guided by the Content Head to fill all the details on the basis of which the software will function. Content team members mean while the process create the content, verify the content received from the SMEs get it rectified if any improvisation required as the clients requirement.
7. Sample questions: Content head assign the task to the SMEs, freelancers and the team members to prepare initial 10 to 20 sample questions as per the requirement of the client following the approved outline. Samples are reviewed by a senior content editor for quality and adherence to guidelines.
8. Revision and Feedback/Revision and Approval Process: Then shared with the client for further guidelines or approvals. Detail the steps for reviewing and approving content, including who is responsible for each stage. Revision rounds take place to address feedback and improve content.
9. Approval Process: Final questions are submitted to the content head for further cross checking. Content members are assigned to cross check the framed set of questions reviews for consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.
10. Editing and Proofreading: Content undergoes a comprehensive editing and proofreading process to ensure clarity, grammar, topic, translation and style. Edits verify compliance
11. Multimedia Integration on students or examiners or candidate pc during online exam: Multimedia elements (images and written language) are incorporated, ensuring they enhance content effectiveness. During offline exam formatting is done as per the client’s guidelines.
12. Final Approval: Content is sent for final approval from the management. Any last-minute adjustments are made as needed.
13. Publishing and Distribution: Approved content is published on relevant platforms. Distribution strategy is executed, considering channels and timing.
14. Monitoring and Analysis: Content performance is monitored using analytics tools during the day of exam. Regular reports are generated to assess the impact and identify areas for improvement.
15. Archiving and Documentation: Archived copies of published content are maintained and shared with the required department. Documentation includes lessons learned, feedback, and insights for continuous improvement.
16. Readiness for OT: Objection raised questions are shared with the Content department, henceforth content team share the proof and links to prove the objection raised by the students or the examiner is invalid. If there are any changes provide Answer Key after exam & After OT to MIS.
17. Continuous Improvement: Periodic reviews and feedback sessions are conducted to refine the SOP. Team members participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
