- Oversee and coordinate the overall operations and day-to-day activities of the clinic to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage and coordinate clinic staff, fostering a productive and professional work environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, protocols, and standards, including attendance, grooming, uniform compliance, and code of conduct.
- Lead talent acquisition activities, including recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Coordinate with maintenance and service providers to ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues and uninterrupted clinic operations.
- Supervise Customer Relationship Executives (CREs) and monitor their performance to maintain high service standards.
- Conduct periodic quality audits of customer interactions, including random review of calls handled by CREs, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels, address concerns proactively, and ensure timely follow-up to enhance the overall patient experience.
- Review operational and business targets every 15 days, evaluate performance against objectives, and submit progress reports to senior management.
- Conduct daily staff meetings to communicate goals, review performance, address operational challenges, and ensure effective team coordination.
- Assist in payroll processing by ensuring accuracy of attendance records, employee data, and other relevant payroll inputs.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
