Job Description: GRC Associate
Role Overview: We are looking for a GRC Associate to support compliance implementation and audit activities across frameworks such as SOC 2 and Data Privacy regulations. This is a client-facing role requiring strong foundational knowledge in compliance and regulatory requirements.
Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office - Mandatory)
Work Hours: General Shift, flexibility required depending on client region

Key Responsibilities:-
- Assist in implementation of compliance frameworks
- Support audit preparation, documentation, and evidence collection
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients
- Ensure timely completion of compliance tasks
Other Requirements:-
- Client-facing role
- Strong communication skills
- Ahmedabad reporting is mandatory
Key Skills & Qualifications
- ISO Lead Auditor (LA) certified
- Sound knowledge of SOC 2 and Data Privacy frameworks
- Must have awareness of DPDP Act 2023 & Rules 2025
- Understanding of compliance documentation and audit processes
Work Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Worked on at least 1 compliance standard implementation
- Minimum 3 audit engagements
- Good to have exposure to CSCRF and Aadhaar audit
