Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for ENT patients across all stages of treatment
- Assist ENT surgeons and physicians during procedures including endoscopies, tonsillectomies, septoplasties, cochlear implants, and sinus surgeries
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient vitals, responses to treatment, and post-procedure recovery
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, post-operative care, and medication instructions
Clinical Support
- Prepare and maintain sterile fields and surgical instruments for ENT procedures
- Operate and maintain specialized ENT equipment (audiometers, endoscopes, suction units, etc.)
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and allied health staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Triage and prioritize patients in outpatient ENT clinics
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 30.0 – 60.0 per week
