Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer with a passion for beauty and cosmetics. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics and experience in designing for beauty brands, including packaging, social media creatives, and product branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Design premium packaging for cosmetic and skincare products (labels, boxes, bottles, etc.)
- Create visually appealing social media creatives and ad campaigns for beauty brands
- Develop brand identities including logos, color palettes, and visual guidelines
- Work on product launch creatives, promotional banners, and e-commerce visuals
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align designs with brand positioning
- Research beauty industry trends, competitors, and visual styles
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
Requirements
- 1–4 years of graphic design experience (preferably in cosmetics/beauty industry)
- Strong portfolio showcasing beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brand work
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
- Understanding of packaging design and print-ready files
- Strong sense of color, typography, and luxury/minimal design aesthetics
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with beauty or D2C brands
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify creatives)
- Basic video editing or motion graphics (Reels/Ads)
- Understanding of consumer psychology in beauty marketing
