The Automation Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune District. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions for vacuum systems, oil filtration plants, and related industrial equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring PLCs and control systems, integrating sensors and actuators, and optimizing process control logic to enhance reliability, safety, and efficiency. The Automation Engineer will troubleshoot automation and electrical issues, support commissioning and testing activities, and collaborate with design, production, and service teams. The role also includes preparing technical documentation, supporting preventive maintenance plans, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for existing and new products.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Automation and Process Control skills, including experience with PLCs, SCADA/HMI systems, and industrial control loops.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering skills, such as understanding of power distribution, control panels, wiring diagrams, and electrical safety standards.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving faults in automation systems, electrical circuits, and instrumentation.
- Relevant qualifications include a diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in an industrial environment are essential.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site are important for success in this role.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
