- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Epic Systems.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and communicate technical information effectively.

- Capability to document solutions and maintain knowledge bases for ongoing support.
