About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Implementation, Support & Training Executive to manage software implementation, provide client support, and conduct user training sessions. The candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful deployment, smooth operations, and effective user adoption of software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle software implementation and deployment processes for clients.
- Coordinate with clients for setup, configuration, and onboarding activities.
- Provide technical and functional support to clients through calls, emails, and remote sessions.
- Conduct online and offline training sessions for end users and staff.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolutions.
- Maintain implementation and support documentation.
- Assist clients with software usage, workflows, and best practices.
- Monitor support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Build strong client relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Travel to client locations if required for implementation or training activities.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in software implementation, support, or training roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Basic understanding of databases, software workflows, and troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in client handling and coordination.
- Knowledge of remote support tools and ticketing systems will be preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, or related field.
- Prior experience in Healthcare or IT software implementation will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and training sessions when required.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with ERP/HMIS/CRM software systems.
- Experience in conducting user training and documentation preparation.
- Ability to work independently and in team environments.
