Job Title: IT Manager – Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Access Management
Role Summary:
Responsible for managing secure and scalable IT infrastructure, with strong focus on cybersecurity, identity & access management (including Single Sign-On), networking, and enterprise IT operations across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cybersecurity & Information Security
Implement and manage "end-to-end cybersecurity framework" across organization- Stay updated and apply "latest cybersecurity practices, threats, and mitigation strategies"
- Manage tools like "endpoint security, EDR/XDR, firewalls, antivirus, and SIEM"
- Conduct "vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits"
- Ensure "compliance with internal policies and industry standards"
- Lead "incident response, threat monitoring, and risk mitigation"
2. Identity & Access Management (IAM) / Single Sign-On (SSO)
Design and manage "Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions" for enterprise applications- Implement "secure authentication mechanisms" (MFA, conditional access)
- Manage "user lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding), roles, and access controls"
- Ensure "least privilege access and privileged identity management (PIM)"
- Integrate SSO with platforms like "Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft 365, and other business apps"
3. IT Infrastructure & Networking
Manage "LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and branch connectivity"- Ensure "secure network architecture and high availability across locations"
- Oversee "branch network setup and standardization"
- Monitor network performance and ensure "uptime and security compliance"
4. CCTV & Physical Security Systems
Oversee "CCTV installation and monitoring across HO and branch locations"- Ensure "secure storage, backup, and controlled access to surveillance data"
- Coordinate with vendors for "deployment, maintenance, and upgrades"
5. IT Asset & Device Management
Manage "IT asset lifecycle (procurement to disposal)"- Ensure "compliance, tracking, and optimization of hardware/software assets"
- Implement "device security policies (endpoint hardening, patching, encryption)"
6. End-User Support & IT Operations
Lead IT support for "L1/L2 issue resolution and user experience"- Ensure "SLA adherence, ticket management, and continuous improvement"
- Support business-critical applications and ensure "minimum downtime"
7. Vendor & Project Management
Manage "IT vendors, cybersecurity partners, and service providers"- Drive "IT infrastructure and security projects"
- Evaluate and implement "new technologies aligned with business needs"
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of "Cybersecurity frameworks and tools"
- Hands-on experience in "SSO, IAM, MFA, and access control systems"
- Experience in "network security, firewalls, VPN, and branch connectivity"
- Understanding of "cloud security (Azure/AWS preferred)"
- Knowledge of "Accops or similar secure access solutions"
- Familiarity with "IT asset management and endpoint security tools"
