- First-Time-Right Repairs: Conducting final inspections and test drives to ensure vehicle issues are resolved properly on the first attempt.
- Complaint Resolution: Addressing escalated customer concerns, particularly regarding repair delays, billing disputes, or vehicle breakdowns.
- TAT Reduction: Actively monitoring Turnaround Time (TAT) to minimize vehicle downtime for fleet operators and commercial owners.
3. Commercial Operations & Profitability
- Warranties & Billing: Overseeing estimates, insurance claims, and warranty processing, ensuring compliance with OEM guidelines.
- Resource Optimization: Monitoring inventory, reducing wastage, and ensuring tools and specialized diagnostic equipment are properly calibrated and available.
- Target Achievement: Driving workshop revenue targets by pushing for value-added services, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sales, and preventative maintenance packages.
4. Compliance & Safety
- Health & Safety: Enforcing a safe working environment, especially critical when handling heavy machinery, hydraulic lifts, and hazardous fluids.
- Transport Regulations: Ensuring all serviced vehicles meet road-worthiness and commercial transport regulations before leaving the bay.
