The Assistant Finance Coordinator supports vehicle finance processing, customer loan documentation, banking coordination, dealership accounting support, and finance-related customer service activities. The role ensures smooth coordination between customers, banks, NBFCs, sales teams, and internal accounts departments for timely vehicle delivery and accurate financial processing.
Job Description
- Help customers with car loan process and finance documents
- Coordinate with banks and finance companies for loan approval
- Check customer's KYC and loan papers
- Follow up for pending documents and payments
- Support sales team for smooth vehicle delivery
- Update finance reports and Excel records
- Maintain customer finance files properly
- Handle basic accounts and billing support
