Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Relationship Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for telecalling, customer relationship management, lead follow-up, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing customers through telecalling.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Explain products and services to customers and address their queries.
- Follow up on leads and customer enquiries.
- Update customer information and maintain records using computer applications.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely customer support.
- Meet assigned targets while maintaining service quality.
Requirements
- Qualification: Plus Two or above
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Leadership and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred Skills
- Telecalling or customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate confidently and build rapport with customers.
