Role & and responsibilities :
Identify and visit potential customers in the industrial sector (factories,
plants, OEMs, distributors, etc.)
Promote and sell the company's range of industrial products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to
encourage repeat business
Understand client needs and provide technical solutions and support
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demos, and quotations
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts in line with company policies
Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities
Submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, service) to ensure timely
delivery and after-sales support
Attend industry trade shows and exhibitions as needed
Preferred candidate profile
Proven 1-6 years of field sales experience in industrial products or B2B
sales
Strong understanding of industrial products and customer needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
