Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telecaller Executive to connect with potential clients, artists, and partners. The ideal candidate will promote our services, generate qualified leads, schedule meetings or auditions, and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, artists, and business leads.
- Explain company services including film production, casting, portfolios, acting courses, ad films, music videos, and promotional projects.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments, meetings, or auditions.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into confirmed clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer information in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and production teams for smooth client handling.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through timely follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or inside sales will be an advantage.
- Interest in the media, entertainment, or film industry is preferred.
