Job Description – Pre-Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive pre-sales executive to support our sales team by managing tender activities, preparing quotations, coordinating with OEMs and vendors, and ensuring timely submission of technical and commercial documents. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and basic knowledge of government procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant tenders from GeM, CPPP, eProcurement, and other government portals.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and vendors for quotations, authorization letters, compliance documents, MAF, test reports, and certifications.
- Prepare BOQ, cost sheets, pricing analysis, and comparative statements.
- Generate quotations, budgetary proposals, and techno-commercial offers.
- Maintain tender trackers, bid submission records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Accounts, Logistics, and Operations for smooth bid execution.
- Ensure timely submission of bids and complete compliance with tender conditions.
- Follow up with customers, OEMs, and vendors regarding technical clarifications and commercial requirements.
- Assist the sales team in product selection, technical specifications, and solution preparation.
- Maintain an organized database of products, OEM documents, and tender-related records.
- Support post-bid activities such as order processing, documentation, and customer coordination whenever required.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and e-tendering processes.
- Good understanding of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to prepare technical and commercial documentation accurately.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree (Any Graduate) / B.Tech / Diploma in Engineering is preferred.
- Freshers with good knowledge of tendering may apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, tendering, or government procurement will be preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in government tendering, GeM Portal, electrical, IT networking, CCTV, automation, industrial equipment, or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with OEM coordination and vendor management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
