About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care while ensuring safety, comfort, and adherence to clinical standards. The ideal candidate should possess excellent clinical knowledge, communication skills, and a patient-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are followed.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid when required.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of medical equipment and patient care areas.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- 1–8 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare facility.
- Freshers with strong clinical training may also be considered (optional).
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
