Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Human Resource Executive to handle recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, and HR operations. The candidate should have strong communication skills and knowledge of HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews)
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support attendance and payroll processing
- Post job openings on platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn
- Assist in employee engagement and HR activities
- Coordinate with internal departments for HR support
Eligibility / Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (MHRM) / MBA in HR / related postgraduate degree required
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years experience can apply
- Strong communication skills required
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of HR processes and recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools like Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Familiarity with email tools like Microsoft Outlook
- Good organizational and coordination skills
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
