Role SummaryThe Fundraiser acts as the face of the organization, engaging the public to raise awareness and secure financial donations. This role focuses on meeting daily acquisition targets and inspiring individual donors to support our cause.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure Donations: Pitch to prospects to secure one-time and recurring monthly donations.
- Engage Public: Deliver compelling stories about the organization's projects and mission.
- Meet Targets: Consistently achieve individual daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising goals.
- Collect Data: Accurately register donor details and process secure payment information.
- Maintain Ethics: Represent the charity with high integrity, adhering to compliance standards.
Requirements
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or fundraising (Freshers welcome).
- Skills: Exceptional communication, strong persuasion, and active listening abilities.
- Traits: Highly resilient, self-motivated, positive attitude, and comfortable handling rejection.
- Availability: Ready to work on-field or via phone depending on the campaign setup.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
