Shall take a lead role in controlling optimizations of projects and divide responsibilities amongst
team members.
Shall coordinate with the main architect of the client and internal team to complete the work of
optimization in the given time frame with desired optimization results.
Shall prepare weekly progress reports of various teams of architectural, structural, and MEP and
present cost savings achieved for the project undertaken.
Visiting Project sites based on the priority schedule.
Arrangement / Planning for Recourses (Manpower / Materials / Machines)
Resolving Mechanical / Electrical issues in the project, by coordinating with the concerned Team
members
Primary responsibility will be to take complete ownership to drive the project planning exercise.
Weekly Meeting, Tracking actual Vs planned. Also Procurement tracking.
Preparation and take off from GFC, rate analysis, MS-Project / MSP and coordinate with
respective Site Heads for Planning vs actual work progress, costing impact, management
reporting, and monthly WIP presentations.
MIS reporting
Formwork Schemes / Formwork materials coordination
Materials coordination with procurement.
Resolving subcontractor issues
Labor contractor negotiations and welfare of Labours
Desired Candidate Profile: •
B.Tech / B.E / or anything above in Civil engineering
Must have worked on a large-scale Residential / Commercial Project, a full life cycle.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, MS Word, and Excel
