About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and maintain company data and MIS reports. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, data analysis, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Manage and analyze large volumes of data using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
- Create and maintain Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, dashboards, and data summaries.
- Prepare management reports and provide accurate data insights for decision-making.
- Maintain and update databases, records, and reporting formats.
- Identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy of reports.
- Automate and improve existing reporting processes wherever possible.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and consolidate required data.
- Ensure timely submission of all MIS reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Must be highly proficient in Advanced Excel.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, formulas, functions, and data analysis.
- Good understanding of data management and reporting.
- A background in Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines.
