Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive with strong expertise in Upwork bidding and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring clients, and driving business growth through strategic outreach and effective client handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through Upwork and other platforms
- Create compelling proposals and bid strategically on Upwork projects
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements
- Convert leads into long-term clients
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Track and report lead generation and conversion performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Upwork bidding and lead generation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of client acquisition strategies
- Ability to handle international clients professionally
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of digital services (web development, marketing, etc.) is a plus
