Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Junior Admin Executive to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital. The candidate should possess strong coordination skills, excellent documentation abilities, and good communication skills to ensure smooth functioning between departments. The role requires handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and assisting the management team in hospital operations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Assist the hospital administration team in managing daily operational activities.
- Support administrative functions including filing, reporting, and internal coordination.
- Ensure smooth workflow across departments by providing timely administrative assistance.
Coordination
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, laboratory staff, and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Act as a communication link between management and staff members.
- Assist in organizing meetings, internal discussions, and operational planning activities.
- Support coordination for hospital camps, patient programs, and special events.
Documentation & Record Management
- Maintain accurate administrative documentation, records, and reports.
- Handle patient records, departmental files, and official documents with confidentiality.
- Ensure all documents are properly organized, updated, and stored securely.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with hospital policies and documentation standards.
Communication & Support
- Handle internal communications including emails, calls, and official correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to senior management when required.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and departmental coordination.
Operational Assistance
- Monitor administrative processes to ensure smooth hospital functioning.
- Support front office and administrative teams during busy schedules.
- Assist in resolving minor administrative issues and escalating important matters to senior management.
Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
