Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid and denied medical claims.
- Analyze claim denials and take appropriate action for resolution.
- Ensure timely reimbursement by communicating with insurance representatives.
- Review claim status and update billing systems accurately.
- Work on aging accounts and maximize collections.
- Meet productivity and quality targets while maintaining compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management, reporting, and basic formulas
- Good understanding of medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Ability to communicate effectively with insurance representatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- Experience in AR Calling/Medical Billing preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
