We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing US Freight Brokerage team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing billing, carrier payments, customer invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process customer invoices and carrier payments.
- Verify rate confirmations, Proof of Delivery (POD), and other load documents before billing.
- Maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) records.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment status.
- Reconcile customer and carrier accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Broker teams to resolve billing or payment-related issues.
- Update financial records in the accounting software and internal systems.
- Prepare daily and monthly reports related to payments, collections, and account status.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
- Support the finance team with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (experience in the US logistics/freight brokerage industry is a plus).
- Good knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,680.34 - ₹25,635.03 per month
