- inspect raw materials (fabric, trims, accessories) for defects using the 4-point system.
- Verify fabric color, shrinkage, and quality against approved samples (lab dips, fabric swatches
- Review tech packs and ensure production samples (PP samples) are approved.
- Conduct hourly or daily checks at sewing lines to monitor stitching quality, seam strength, and measurement consistency.
- 100% inspection of finished garments (measuring, cleaning, check for defects).
- Conduct final random sampling using AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards before shipping.
